Non Contact Liquid Level Sensor

This capacitive non-contact liquid level sensor uses advanced signal processing technology to detect liquids and particulate materials through pipes and non-metallic containers.

It can detect the presence or absence of various liquid substances, strong acids, strong alkalis, and other liquids in high-pressure or open containers.  The presence or absence of liquids and powder can be determined.

This sensor is temperature-independent and can detect liquid levels of cold and hot liquids.

The sensing technology works with non-metallic containers such as plastic, glass, ceramics, and PVC.  The sensing distance can be as much as 20 mm.  The sensitivity can be adjusted for each sensor. To adjust it: remove the plastic cover of the sensors and turn the small screw clockwise to decrease sensitivity, counter-clockwise to increase it.

This sensor was custom-made for MySpool by the manufacturer to extend the standard cable from 1 M (3-foot) to 1.5M (5-foot).
